Abstract:
PURPOSE: To dissolve an unstable floating up state being due to the minute level difference of a floor part and its undulation, and an eccentric or unsufficient load.
CONSTITUTION: Since force acting on a diaphragm 16 is composed as the load force W of a material body to which attracting force generated between a floor part 14 and a magnet 19 is added, the expansion of the diaphragm 16 becomes stable to facilitate the stable floating up of the diaphragm 16 for improving the holding stability of the material body.
