Abstract:
To provide a pneumatic radial tire allowing improvement of fatigue resistance of a steel cord to improve durability of the tire.
In this pneumatic radial tire, the steel cord of a 1×2 structure in which two wires are twined is used as a reinforcing layer. A twining angle of the steel cord is 1.5-3.0°, and a preforming ratio of the steel cord is 95-105% as an average value and 5-20% as a standard deviation σ.
