To reduce the weight of a pneumatic radial tire, to reduce rolling resistance, to improve partial wear resistance performance, and to secure durability.
A pneumatic radial tire includes: a first inclined belt layer 21 comprising a plurality of steel cords which are inclined from a center side in a width direction of the tire to one of outer sides in the width direction of the tire with respect to a tire rotation direction R, and coated with rubber; a second inclined belt layer 22 arranged at an outer side of a carcass ply 18 in a tire radial direction to be parallel to the first inclined belt layer 21, and comprising a plurality of steel cords which are inclined from the center side in the width direction of the tire to the other one of outer sides in the width direction of the tire with respect to the tire rotation direction R, and coated with rubber; a circumferential belt layer 24 arranged in the tire radial direction of the first inclined belt layer 21 and the second inclined belt layer 22; and reinforcing layers 26 arranged in a manner of covering ends 21A, 22A of the first inclined belt layer 21 and the second inclined belt layer 22, respectively, at the center side in the width direction of the tire, and comprising organic fibers coated with rubber.
