PURPOSE: To prevent the gum destruction and the like of a bead part reinforcing body without the damage of the bead part of a tyre for heavy load by arranging the bead part reinforcing body wrapping a main reinforcing piece with a sub- reinforcing material inside the cuticle gum of the bead part.

CONSTITUTION: In a tyre, the ply of a troid shape carcass 2 spreading across a pair of right/left bead cores 1 is folded from inside of the tyre to outside along the circumferences of respective bead cores 1. In this case, a bead part reinforcing body 4 is arranged inside of the cuticle gum 7 of the bead part along the outside of each folded part 3 of the carcass 2. The bead part reinforcing body 4 is composed of a main reinforcing piece 8 consisting of at least one metal cord layer and a sub-reinforcing material 9 wrapping the main reinforcing piece 8 with its both inner/outer circumferential edges. Thus, the gum destruction and separation and the like of the bead part reinforcing body 4 can be prevented without the generation of the damage like a diagonal crack and so on the bead part of the tyre for heavy load.
