To provide a pneumatic tire capable of eliminating bead cores from a bead part, and its manufacturing method.
At least one cord C is wound around while deviating the phase in the tire circumferential direction in a path returning from a tread center position CL to one bead part 3; from one bead part 3 to the tread center position CL; from the tread center position CL to the other tread part 3; and from the other bead part 3 to the tread center position CL. In a part inward of the tire radial direction from the tire maximum width position W, the cord C is arranged along a line in contact with an imaginary circle C2 concentric with an inner end circle C1 of each bead part 3 to form a carcass structure 4, and the bead core is eliminated from each bead part based on the tension supporting capacity of the carcass structure 4. The cord C may be arranged along a curved line projecting outward of the tire radial direction with a contact with the imaginary circle being an apex while the cord is brought into contact the imaginary circle concentric with the inner end circle of each bead part.
