Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a disturbance in a cord arrangement of a carcass at the time of vulcanization molding and to improve noise performance and a steering stability, by forming a tire inner surface on a tire meridian section into about a skirt shape in a radially inner direction from a tread part to a bead part through a side wall part.
SOLUTION: A carcass 6 extends from a tread part 2 to a bead core 5 of a bead part 4 through a side wall pot 3, and is locked with the bead core 5. A bead core which can rotate about a center line in a circumferential direction is adopted for the bead core 5. A tire inner surface IS on a meridian section of a tire 1 is shaped into about a skirt, in an area which ranges from the tread part 2 to a toe tip 4A of the bead part 4 through the side wall part 3. Therefore, at the time of vulcanization molding, a disturbance in a cord arrangement such as a meander of a carcass cord can be controlled to promote uniformity and improve noise performance and a steering stability.
