Abstract:
To provide a pneumatic tire with air intrusion around a bead part reduced and its production method.
A pneumatic tire includes a bead core wound with at least one layer of carcass ply, an installation layer and a chafer. The installation layer extends along the carcass ply at least to such a position as to allow covering the lower end of the bead core. The installation rubber composition constituting the installation layer has a scorch time (T10) that is adjusted to a value shorter than the scorch time (T10) of the ply topping rubber composition constituting the carcass ply.
