Abstract:
To provide a pneumatic tire for vehicle having a steel cord as a strength carrier in a carcass in which the handling characteristic and the tire durability are considerably improved even when the weight of the tire is very small.
In this pneumatic tire for a vehicle, particularly for a passenger car, of the radial structure having the carcass comprising a traveling zone with a tread pattern, a belt coupling body comprising at least two belt layers, a bead area having a bead core, and a steel cord, the carcass (5) forms a C- layer structure in the tire, and has a steel cord comprising three or five steel filaments (12), and these steel filaments have the same diameter of 0.12-0.15 mm.
