PURPOSE: To make improvements in wear resistance, anti-hotness and oil resistance by making up at least one of rubberized layers for a tread strip, a sidewall, a core material, a bead and a rigid body of a pneumatic tire, from hydrocarbon rubber containing the specified nitrile radical, pertaining to a rubber component.
CONSTITUTION: A pneumatic tire has a radial carcass 1, and this carcass 1 is locked in a bead 2 by the winding of a bead core 3 being strong in tension. In addition, it has a tread strip 4, and the side face is shifted to a sidewall 5. An ordinary reinforced breaker 6 is installed at the radial outside of this carcass 1 and a core material 7 at the radial outside of the bead core 3, respectively. Each rubberized layer 8 is installed in the carcass 1, the reinforced breaker 6 and the bead core 3 respectively. In this case, at least one of respective elements 2, 4, 5, 7 and 8 is made up from a rubber mixture consisting of 30 to 100 mass % of hydrocarbon rubber being fewer than a carbon atom of 13% in double bond composition comprising a nitrile radical, pertaining to a rubber component.
