To provide a pneumatic tire capable of enhancing the anti-separation performance of the tire and provide a tire-wheel assembly consisting of the pneumatic tire and a wheel having a large rim flange part on one side.

The pneumatic tire 1 is to be mounted on the wheel 10 in which the height Hf using the rim diameter R of one of the rim flange parts 11 as reference is greater than the height Hf of the other rim flange part 12. That one of the two ends of the carcass layer 3 which is located on the side with the greater rim flange part 11 in the tire condition with the rim installed, is located outside in the tire radial direction of the peripheral end of the greater rim flange part 11.
