PURPOSE: To reduce occurrence of separation at ends of a reinforced layer and to improve durability and a hoop effect of the reinforced layer.

CONSTITUTION: A part of a second ply 30 on the side where inclination direction of a lug 23 and a reinforced cord 32 is same (one direction) is folded outward in the radial direction, and a reinforced cord 32 of a folded part 30b is inclined in the direction opposite to a lug 23a. By this, rigidity in the circumferential direction of the second ply 30 becomes higher and the reinforced cord 32 becomes almost orthogonal to a recess 35 of a vulcanized mold forming the lug 23a. Then, drawing of the reinforced cord 32 into the recess 35 at vulcanization is restrained, and disturbance in alignment and intrusion of air in the reinforced cord 32 are restrained.
