A joining position between a cap rubber layer and a base rubber layer at a land portion of a tread is higher than the groove bottom of the tread. tanδ at 0°C (tanδ (0°C)) and tanδ at 100°C (tanδ (100°C)) of the cap rubber layer and the base rubber layer meet the relationships below; tanδ (0°C) of cap rubber layer ×1.05<tanδ (0°C) of base rubber layer, and tanδ (100°C) of cap rubber layer ×0.95>tanδ (100°C) of base rubber layer.
