Abstract:
To provide a pneumatic tire which can more effectively suppress a shoulder abrasion or a step-down abrasion of a block located in a shoulder area.
The pneumatic tire has a main groove formed in a tread part which extends along a circumferential direction of the tire. The pneumatic tire includes, in the shoulder area of the tread part, a first land part, a sipe extending along the circumferential direction of the tire, and a second land part having a plurality of circumferentially arranged blocks partitioned and formed by the sipe and sub-grooves extending beyond a tread ground end from the sipe, in order outward in the direction of width of the tire form the main groove.
