Abstract:
To provide a pneumatic tire which suppresses deterioration in adhesion property due to heat generation by suppressing the heat generation in traveling without deteriorating durability against failure due to cut input.
The pneumatic tire includes at least one layer of carcass ply 2 formed by rubber-coating a steel cord. Flexural rigidity of the steel cord is not less than 380 kg/mm2 and not more than 500 kg×mm2. Hysteresis loss is not more than 3.5 kg×mm. The embedding number of steel cords is preferably not less than 3.3 pieces/50 mm and not more than 5.5 pieces/50 mm.
