The block elements 27 include at least smallest elements 31S, 41S having the smallest circumferential length and largest elements 31L, 41L having the largest circumferential length. The number of shoulder sipes 32A, 32B provided in the smallest elements 31S, 41S, respectively, is smaller than the number of shoulder sipes 32A, 32B provided in the largest elements 31L, 41L, respectively.
