Abstract:

To improve wet performance and snow road performance, while securing driving stability.

This pneumatic tire is rotated in a designated direction. A tread part 2 is provided with a pair of center main grooves 3, and a pair of inclined main grooves 4 extending while gradually increasing an angle to the tire circumferential direction toward the rear side in the tire rotational direction from the center main grooves 3. A shoulder block 6 is formed of the center main groove 3 and the inclined main grooves 4. The inclined main groove 4 gradually increases a groove width toward the outside in the tire axial direction, and has an angle of 60-120 degrees in the tread grounding end Te. The shoulder block 6 has an inclined sub-groove 7 extending to the front side from the inclined main groove 4 and terminating at a distance of 2-7 mm from the inclined main groove 4 adjacent on the front side. In the center main groove 3, a groove width in an end part position in the front side of the shoulder block 6 is smaller than a groove width in an end part position on the rear side.
