Title:
PNEUMATIC TIRE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2012250592
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To improve measuring accuracy while a strain sensor is prevented from coming off from a sensor mounting hole.

A pneumatic tire 1 includes: a tire body 10 including a carcass 6 and a sidewall rubber 3G, which is disposed outside the carcass 6 and in which an outer face 3s forms a sidewall surface, and also having the sensor mounting hole 11 with a bottom, which opens at the outer face 3s of the sidewall rubber 3G and is protruded; and the strain sensor 12 which is inserted into the sensor mounting hole 11 and detects force acting on the tire by outputting a signal corresponding to the strain of a sidewall part 3. The strain sensor 12 is mounted without receiving a compression force from the sensor mounting hole 11, by having the shape virtually same as the sensor mounting hole 11. At least one first engaging part 41 is provided between the strain sensor 12 and the sensor mounting hole 11, to pull and stretch the strain sensor 12 by tensile deformation to a first strain measurement direction S1 of the sensor mounting hole 11.
