A tire 2 comprises beads 10, a carcass 12 and an insert 18. The carcass 12 comprises a carcass ply 36. An inside part 34a of the bead 10 comprises an inside core 46a touching the end of the carcass ply 36 internally and an inside apex 48a covering the inside core 46a and extending in a radial direction substantially outward from the inside core 46a. An outside part 34b of the bead 10 comprises an outside core 46b touching the end of the carcass ply 36 externally and an outside apex 48b covering the outside core 46b and extending in a radial direction substantially outward from the outside core 46b. A ratio of complex elastic modulus Ea of the inside apex 48a to complex elastic modulus Eb of the outside apex 48b is 0.3 or less. A ratio of the complex elastic modulus Ea to the complex elastic modulus Ec of the insert 18 is 1 or more.
