Abstract:

To provide a pneumatic tire having excellent low exothermic performance and conductivity.

A conductive passage where at least surface parts of a rim strip 19, a cushion rubber 25 and a ground contact end are continuous is formed by conductive rubber material, and the conductive rubber material constituting the cushion rubber is formed of vulcanizate of a rubber composition containing rubber wet master batch obtained by taking at least carbon black, a dispersion solvent and rubber latex solution as raw material. For the carbon black, one having an iodine adsorption amount of 41 mg/g or less is used, and for the rubber wet master batch, used is one obtained by adding at least some of the rubber latex solution in dispersing the carbon black in the dispersion solvent to thereby manufacture a slurry solution containing the carbon black to which the rubber latex particles adhere, then mixing the slurry solution with the remaining rubber latex solution, and subsequently solidifying and drying the mixture.
