Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire capable of suppressing groove bottom crack at a main groove.SOLUTION: A main groove 10 comprises: a pair of outer peripheral side groove wall faces 11 whose groove width becomes narrower as going toward a tire inner peripheral side; a groove bottom face 12 positioned on the deepest part of the main groove 10; and a pair of inner peripheral side groove wall faces 13 disposed between the outer peripheral side groove wall faces 11 and the groove bottom face 12. On a cross section of the main groove 10 orthogonal to a groove longitudinal direction, the groove bottom face 12 is formed by a first arc 12a curved so as to become a salient to the tire inner peripheral side, and the pair of inner peripheral side groove wall faces 13 are formed by second arcs 13a curved so as to become a salient to outside of a groove width direction and projecting to the outside of the groove width direction of an extension line 11e of the outer peripheral side groove wall faces 11. The second arcs 13a are continuous smoothly to the first arc 12a, and curvature radius RA of the first arc 12a is 20 mm or less, and curvature radius RB of the second arcs 13a is smaller than the curvature radius RA of the first arc 12a.
