Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve fuel economy while maintaining abrasive on a shoulder part.SOLUTION: When tire cross sectional width is Wt (unit: mm), and bead diameter is Db (unit: inch), following formulas (1), (2) are satisfied: Wt≤-0.7257×(Db)+42.763×Db-339.67---(1), Wt≥-0.7257×(Db)+48.568×Db-552.33---(2). In addition, tread thickness which is tire radial direction distance from an outer surface of a carcass to an outer surface of the tread part, on axial direction positions Py, Py in which a ratio of the tire axial direction distance to distance L to the maximum width position of the carcass, is t(y), and in a tread thickness distribution curve f(y) expressed by the following formula (3): f(y)=1-t(y)/t(0), when y=0.4, f(y) is in a range of 0.03 to 0.06, and a change ratio of the f(y) increases until y=0.4, then decreases.
