Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that though it is suggested to blend a silica instead of carbon black as a reinforcement so that the rubber composition composing a tire exhibits a low heat generation in order to reduce the rolling resistance of a pneumatic tire and the rolling resistance can be reduced thereby, the silica-blended rubber composition increases the electric resistance of the tire.SOLUTION: There is provided a pneumatic tire using as an inner liner layer 7, a thermoplastic resin elastomer or a thermoplastic elastomer composition prepared by blending an elastomer into a thermoplastic resin, and above problem is solved by disposing a finishing layer 8 having a volume resistivity value of 10Ω-cm or below so as to contact both inner liner layer 7 and rim flange.
