Title:
PNEUMATIC TIRE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2015212119
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire that can be improved in abrasion resistance of the tire.SOLUTION: In a pneumatic tire 1, left and right edge parts provided near circumferential main grooves 21 of blocks 5 have a step shape having amplitude in a tire width direction. Front and rear edge parts provided near lug grooves 41 of the blocks 5 have a step shape having amplitude in a tire circumferential direction. A plurality of blocks 5 have respectively a plurality of sipes extending in the tire width direction. Further, 80% of sipes 51 formed in one blocks 5 are semi-closed sipes, one end parts of which are opened to the circumferential main grooves 21 and the other end parts of which terminate in the blocks 5. Lengths P of projections in the tire circumferential direction of the semi-closed sipes 51 and lengths Wb in a width direction of edge parts near the lug grooves 41 of the blocks 5 have respectively relations of 0.30≤P/Wb≤0.60.
