Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire that can improve wet performance while enhancing rigidity of a land part in a tire circumference direction of a tread part.SOLUTION: The pneumatic tire comprises: at a tread surface at least two circumferential main grooves; and at least one rib-like land part which is partitioned and formed by the two circumferential main grooves. The rib-like land part does not have any of a groove and a sipe which extend including a center line in a width direction of the rib-like land part. The rib-like land part has a sipe with one end opened, one end of which is opened to the circumferential main grooves and the other end of which is terminated inside the rib-like land part, and a sipe with both ends closed, both ends of which are arranged inside the rib-like land part. The sipe with one end opened comprises: a width-directional sipe part which is extended in the tire width direction from one end of the sipe with one end opened and terminated inside the rib-like land part; and a circumferential sipe part, positioned closer to the center line in the width direction than the sipe with both ends closed, which is extended in the tire circumference direction from the width-directional sipe part and terminated at the other end of the sipe with one end opened.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
