Abstract:
To provide a pneumatic tire with improved cut resistance performance of a side wall part.SOLUTION: A pneumatic tire comprises a tread part 2, a pair of side wall parts 3, a pair of bead parts 4 each buried with a bead core, and a carcass extending in a toroidal shape between the bead parts 4. A buttress part 8 of at least one of the pair of side wall parts 3 has at least one raised part 10 projecting to outer side in a tire axial direction. The carcass includes a body part and a folded-back part 6b. On the side wall part 3 provided with the raised part 10, the folded-back part 6b is arranged so as to be overlap the raised part 10 in a tire radial direction. A length L1 of an overlapping part 12 of the folded-back part 6b and the raised part 10 in the tire radial direction is 5%-40% of a tire cross section height.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
