Abstract:
To provide a pneumatic tire in which a steering stability on a wet road surface at high-speed revolution is sufficiently improved compared to the conventional stability.SOLUTION: An objective pneumatic tire comprises a tread on which two or more circumferential main grooves continuously extending in a circumferential direction are formed. When dividing the tread into two areas using a tire equatorial plane as a border, the total areas of the circumferential main grooves in respective areas are mutually different from each other in a ground plane. The tread includes as a rubber constituent, a styrene-butadiene rubber in which a styrene amount is 30 mass% or less and a vinyl bond amount is 40 mass% or less occupied in a butadiene part, and an isoprene rubber. The pneumatic tire is formed by a rubber composition in which a loss tangent (tanδ) measured under conditions of frequency 10 Hz, initial strain 2% and dynamic strain ratio 1% indicates a peak within the range of -20 to 10°C.SELECTED DRAWING: None
