To provide a pneumatic tire contributing to improvement of rolling resistance.
The pneumatic tire is provided with a carcass layer 4 extending between left and right bead parts 3, and a plurality of belt layers 7 and 8 disposed on the outer peripheral side of the carcass layer 4 of a tread part 1. An angle θ on the inside of the tire formed between carcass layer portions 4A1 and 4A2 lying in the region of a tire maximum width position A satisfies the relationship 90°≤θ≤110°. The relationship between a tire radial height SWH from a rim radial position RP to the tire maximum width position A, and a tire cross-sectional height H is 0.45≤SWH/H≤0.55. The relationship between a tire cross-sectional width SW between the left and right tire maximum width positions A, and a rim width RW satisfies 0.55≤RW/SW≤0.78.
