To solve the problem that a wiper comes into contact with a glass surface directly, smears adhered dirt, and is worn easily, a device spraying a washing liquid on the glass surface is required separately, and removing of ice frozen on a glass is difficult in the winter and in a cold district because the wiper made of synthetic rubber is pressed and moved in a fan shape by a spring to remove rain droplets and dirt on the windshield of an automobile conventionally.
The wiper 5 is formed in to a thin and long shape by a soft material, its whole peripheral fringe is formed like a lip, and a pneumatic pressure is supplied into a groove-like space surrounded by the liplike fringe 6 to blow off adhered rain droplets and dirt by the air blown out from the whole periphery. A venturi tube 10 is provided on the halfway of a pipe 7 supplying a pneumatic pressure and is provided with a function blowing off the washing liquid against the glass surface in a mist condition. Furthermore, a heater 13 is provided on the halfway of the pipe 7 to blow out the heated air from the wiper in order to melt ice frozen on the glass in the winter season or a cold district.
