Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a pocket bell error from occurring when the transmission quantity of display information to a pocket bell becomes larger than the display possible quantity of the pocket bell by limiting transmission display information quantity to the display possible quantity of the pocket bell at the time of transmitting previously registered display information to the pocket bell.
SOLUTION: In RAM 40, a pocket bell data storing part 43 consisting of a telephone number data area 41 where pocket bell telephone numbers are stored and a company data area 42 where data indicating a pocket bell management worker is stored, a freeword storing part 44 having the area from zero to nine where max. nine-charater freeword can be stored and a display number storing area 45 where a max. 20-digit display number can be stored are formed. In a pocket bell calling device, information is transmitted by being limited to display possible data quantity at the time of transmitting display information when data quantity which is previously registered as display information to be transmitted to the pocket bell is larger than data quantity which is display possible in the pocket bell.
