Each of a plurality of mounting tools 15 comprises a mounting hole 17 fixed on the back part of a sheet back; and a slip prevention hole 19 formed so as to be formed integrally with an elastic frame body 12. During integral moulding of the elastic frame body 12 and the net part 13, a molding material permeates the slip prevention hole 19 and the mounting tools 15 are formed integrally with the elastic frame body 12. In various directions, i.e., a vertical, a lateral, and an oblique direction, between a plurality of mounting tools 15, a small article having width and height higher than those of the elastic frame body 12 is held in such a state that the small article is protruded from the external part of the elastic frame body 12. Further, a small article contained in the net part 13 is confirmed through the small holes 13b and an article is prevented from being left behind.
