PURPOSE: To simply and safely carry out works from transfer of a point to exchange thereof by a few operators.
CONSTITUTION: A point is freely transferred by a freely exchangeable traveling carrier 1 of traveling on the ground with a caterpillar 1b and traveling on rails with both drive and driven side traveling devices 3, 4. A transferable pole 9 is supported near the point to be displaced, by a fixed pole 6 erected at one side of breadth direction of the carrier 1 and a guide rail 10 laid removably at the outside position of the rail R. And a crane beam 7 supporting an electrical winch 8 is erected at the top of these fixed and transferable poles 6, 9 to load or unload points by the electrical winch 8 and lift points and transfer them to a specified position. Further, it transmits a red flickering signal to a signal post by a transmitter in an emergency and actuates an emergent drive device to escape by self-advancing.
