Accumulated points corresponding to the member's number inputted from a card reader 24 are read out from the member file 14, and exchange points corresponding to the gift number inputted from a keyboard 5 are read out from the gift file 15, and accumulated points and gift points are compared with each other, and exchange of the gift having the inputted gift number is permitted when the number of exchange points is equal to or smaller than that of accumulated points, but it is not permitted when the number of exchange points is larger than that of accumulated points.
