Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a point investment and loan operation management system, and a point investment and loan operation management method that can collect points issued at a plurality of point issuers to perform investment and loan.SOLUTION: In a point management server 100, a customer-specific database 103 stores point management information at least including the number of cumulative use points which is the number of held points, the number of investment and loan points, and the number of return points for each of users. A communication section 101 receives a point issued to the user at a point issuer company and the like, which is a point issuer, through purchase of goods by the user in a store and the like. The received point and the like are stored in the customer-specific database 103 one by one through update processing by a control section 102.
