To donate privilege points on a system.

The point management system comprises an information providing terminal 101 having user interfaces (displays 103, 104) and a point management server 201 for managing the point number of privilege points and a group to which members belong in association with the membership numbers of individual members, wherein information can be transmitted/received via a network 301. The information providing terminal 101 uses the user interfaces (the displays 103, 104) for designating the donating of points to other members in the group to which the members as users belong and the number of donated points. With the designation of the donating of points, the point management server 201 decreases the number of points associated with the membership numbers of the donating side members by the designated donated point number and increases the number of points associated with the membership numbers of the donated side members by the donated point number.
