Abstract:

To provide a point-of-sales information management system having an attendance management function and an attendance management method using the point-of sales information management system.

There is provided a point-of-sales information management system 100 having an attendance management function and an attendance management method using the point-of-sales information management system 100. The point-of-sales information management system 100 includes: a storage unit 110 for storing an employee database 113; an input unit 120 for converting an input into an input signal; an authentication unit 130 for recognizing an input signal as status information, and for authenticating the status information on the basis of the employee database 113 to generate an authentication result; an attendance management unit 140 for storing attendance recording in the storage unit 110 on the basis of the authentication result; and a log-in unit 150 for, when it is authenticated that the status information corresponds to the operator of the point-of-sales information management system 100 by the authentication unit 130, logging in the point-of-sales information management system 100 with the status information.
