Abstract:

To provide a point service management method and point service management program capable of efficient sales promotion.

A bank host system 20 performs processing on the basis of a customer's banking processing request received from an automatic teller machine 10 and transmits shop visiting information on a customer to the point management system 40. A management computer 41 decides applicable points by using congestion situation data at a counter acquired from a counter reception apparatus 55 and point generation data recorded in a point master data storage part 42. The management computer 41 temporarily registers total points and notifies the automatic teller machine 10 of the point when a sum total of the number of held points of the customer acquired from the point master data storage part 42 and the number of applicable points is equal to or over a reference value. Then, when the customer visits the counter, the temporarily registered points are recorded as the number of held points of the customer.
