Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a manufacturing method and a molding die which achieve a reduction in cost by dispensing with an assembling process and an upgrading of workability in production without incurring degrading in quality owing to imbalance of a pointer and the generation of strange sounds due to chattering in assembling and eccentricity and the like.
CONSTITUTION: A pointer body 11, a pointer shoe 11b, a pointer balancer 13 comprising a resin material blended with a high specific gravity material and a pointer cap 12 are molded integral in multiplicity. Here, firstly, a resin material is injected into a cavity C1 formed by mounting a cavity die 34a on a core die 32 to mold a component member of a pointer. Then, a resin material is injected into a cavity C2 formed by mounting another cavity die 34b on the core die with the molded member thereon to mold another member. Thus, a pointer is formed by accomplishing such a series of a multiple integral moldings.
