Abstract:
PURPOSE: To reduce the power consumption, by constituting the one side of the motor coil in synchronizing with the step measuring signal into high impedance and producing the step detection pulse through flowing the step measuring signal to the capacitor between the motor coil and the ground plate.
CONSTITUTION: When the step measuring signal is at VDD level, the inverter 1 is OFF with this signal and the one side of the coil L is at VSS level at the same time. In this case, since the ground plate and the motor magnetic core are always at VDD level, current flows due to the stray capacitor between the ground plate and the magnetic core and coil L to develop the step detection pulse.
