PURPOSE: To eliminate the positional deviation of a resistance layer and to ensure a stabilized characteristic by connecting the resistance layer provided to a matching element of the output side directly to a dielectric in a body.

CONSTITUTION: The matching elements 4 and 5 are made of the ceramic inductors, etc., and connected to both the end faces of a ferrimagnetic substance 1 in its axial direction. In this case, the element 4 and 5 are set opposite to the antenna input side and the output side respectively. The element 5 of the output side contains a resistance layer 53 provided between both dielectric 51 and 52. The layer 53 is connected directly to one or both of these dielectrics 51 and 52 in a body by a coating/baking process, a vapor deposition process or a sputtering process.
