PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polarized light measuring device and a polarized light irradiation device capable of accurately measuring polarization direction of polarized light and amount of light polarized light.SOLUTION: A polarized light measuring device 1 includes: a first polarizer which a beam of polarized light enters; a rotation part 31 that moves the first polarizer in a rotation direction; a photoelectric conversion part 30 that outputs an electric signal corresponding to the amount of the received light; and a movement part 22 that moves the first polarizer between a first position of the first polarizer, where the polarized light enters the photoelectric conversion part via the first polarizer and a second position of the first polarizer, where the polarized light directly enters the photoelectric conversion part 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
