Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain a polarizing plate in which the accuracy of a cut angle is improved by making the error of the cut angle small, ahd by which a mistake made in a sticking direction is prevented at the time of sticking the plate to a liquid crystal display element and the productivity of the liquid crystal display element is improved. CONSTITUTION:A display 6b clearly expressing the cut direction of the polarlizing plate and a display 6c showing the axis of polarization or corresponding relation between the axis of polarization and the cut direction are formed in repeated patterns on a protective film 5 attached to one surface of the polarizing plate.
