CONSTITUTION: Each pole is erected in the condition that the bottom of its core shaft 2 having an in-foundation buried portion 12 and an on-the-ground erected portion 11 is buried in the foundation 6 for pole erection. One or more sheath cylinders 3, 4 are fitted on the core shaft 2 in its portion 11 except the top. A cap cylinder 5 is put on the top of the core shaft 2 while contacting the uppermost sheath cylinder 3. Furthermore, a chain hooking tool, coupling rod installing tool, reflecting mirror, horizontal coupling rod, etc., are mounted on the sheath cylinders 3, 4 or the cap cylinder 5, as applicable.
