PURPOSE: To display the position of a pole without using reflectors by setting a display lamp device for repeating putting-on and putting-off, on the outer periphery of the pole errected on the ground, and by displaying the position of the pole.

CONSTITUTION: A centrifugally formed reinforced concrete pole 1 is projected on ground through road and is erected to support a traffic signal 2 and electric wires. Besides, the pole 1 has a display lamp device 3 at the lower section or near the central section of an on-ground section. The display lamp device 3 is set to surround the outer periphery of the pole 1, and has a circuit for putting on and putting off a display lamp periodically and repeatedly. Then, the display lamp device is lit and the position of the pole is displayed. As a result, the pole can be displayed without using reflectors.
