The polisher 1 for floor cleaning has a machine 7 to which a motor 14 is mounted, and a cleaning implement 5 provided at a lower end of the machine 7. The polisher 1, more specifically, includes: a wheel holder 12 vertically movably supported by the machine 7; a wheel 10 axially supported by the wheel holder 12 to make contact with the floor surface FL during floor cleaning; and an biasing means 16 installed between the machine 7 and the wheel holder 12 to bias the wheel 10 to the floor surface FL side while transforming by following change in a wear status of the cleaning implement 5.
