Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a polishing attachment that polishes a workpiece by means of a resin film made up of hardening abrasive grains with resin, at the time of getting a mirror-finished surface, a crack and a chip as well as a deep flaw will in no case be produced in a polishing sample.
CONSTITUTION: A lapping sheet 4 or resin film hardened after applying abrasive grains with resin is attached to a frame 1 with a stationary plate 2 or applying tensile force otherwise, thus a polishing attachment is constituted so as to get the lapping sheet 4 held in the air by the frame 1.
