Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a structure of each polishing brush material formed with a rotary roll brush, facilitate manufacture, and correspond to also changing of an implanting pitch of a polishing material.
SOLUTION: A polishing material 2 connecting a polishing rod 2a to one end of an elastic wire rod 7 and an anchor block 6 to the other end is formed, on the other hand, with a space apart along a peripheral edge of an arc-shaped plate 3 or ring-shaped plate 4, many notched ports 5 are provided, and the anchor block 6 can be fitted/unfitted in this notched port 5. Further, in this anchor block 6, a first/second lock part 8, 9 engaged with a forming wall 5b of the notched port 5 is provided, a large number of the polishing materials 2 are lock engaged with the plate 3, 4, and a polishing brush material 1 is formed. In this way, a large number of the polishing brush materials 1 are mounted in a peripheral surface of a roll, and a rotary roll brush is formed.
