PURPOSE: To complete the polishing and cleaning works of a concrete floor face only with a mobile car being traveled and to drastically save the labor of work, by respectively providing a polishing device which polishes a concrete floor face, a cleaning device which cleans up polishing residues and a dust collecting device which collects small polishing residues and dust with their suction, on the mobile car.
CONSTITUTION: A concrete floor face 7 is polished with the width of a polishing device 5. The small polishing residue and dust generated by this polishing are collected with their suction to a dust collection device 8 directly from the polishing device 5, but the remaining part is left on the concrete floor face 7. This polishing residue is collected with its being cleaned up by the cleaning up brush 50 of the cleaning device 6 positioned at the rear part of the polishing device 5. So, the floor face polishing and cleaning are performed simultaneously and yet uniformly only with a mobile car 2 being traveled along the concrete floor face 7. Also, the small polishing residue and dust generated by polishing and cleaning are sucked to the dust collection device 8, so there is no splashing onto the periphery and the work environment is improved.
