To provide a polishing and deburring device capable of properly polishing or deburring a polishing article to be polished by uniformly abutting a grindstone on the polishing article.
The polishing and deburring device comprising a placing table 3 for horizontally supporting the polishing article 11 to be polished and the grindstone 4 for polishing or deburring of the polishing article 11 is provided with a table turning means 5 for rotatedly driving the table 3 on the horizontal surface around its turning axis and a grindstone supporting/rotating means 8 for supporting the grindstone 4 so as to abut on the polishing article supported by the table 3 and for roatedly driving the grindstone 4 around its turning shaft which is dislocated from the turning shaft of the table 3.
