PURPOSE: To automatically replace the abrasive paper fitted to an automatic polishing machine.

CONSTITUTION: A disk pad 21 is pressed to a fastener face 30a slantly against an abrasive paper peeling base 30 so that the lower end of the periphery of the abrasive paper B fitted to the disk pad 21 is brought into contact with the fastener face 30a of the abrasive paper peeling base 30, the disk pad 21 is slightly moved in the arrow direction, and part of the fitted face of the abrasive paper B is reversely stuck to the fastener face 30a of the abrasive paper peeling base 30. The fastener face 21a of the disk pad 21 is directed in parallel with the fastener face 30a of the abrasive paper peeling base 30, thus the abrasive paper B is reversely stuck to the fastener face 30a of the abrasive paper peeling base 30 from the reversed portion in sequence, and the abrasive paper B is completely peeled from the disk pad 21.
