Abstract:
To provide a polishing device and a polishing processing method therefor.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a technique for processing ends of hairs, in particular, to a polishing device and a polishing processing method therefor. A polishing device comprises a sliding module 1, a transmission member 2 and a driving member 3. A thin section 4 with skewer-like hairs to be processed is attached to the sliding module 1. The driving member 3 moves the sliding module 1 in an axial direction of the thin piece 4 with skewer-like hairs through the transmission member 2. The polishing device further comprises a grinding wheel 5, with a spiral pattern provided on a wheel surface of the grinding wheel 5, where opposite surfaces of the spiral pattern are a spiral ground surface A and a spiral ground surface B, respectively, and a spiral shift surface C further is provided between the spiral ground surfaces A and B. The driving member 3 rotates the grinding wheel 5 to bringing it into contact with the thin piece 4 with skewer-like hairs moving. According to the present invention, operation is simple, practical and convenient, so that polishing efficiency is enhanced.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
